Building physics
Successful projects require corresponding suitable general conditions. We consider the existing ground, filling soil, sand-bedding, particle-size distribution of the used sand. Installation and compressing of the pipelines have to be carried out carefully. The assembling instructions have to be considered strictly. Furthermore the minimum and maximum covering height has to be kept, if necessary corresponding statical measures will be required.

Quality Assurance
We offer Quality Assurance and site management during all phases of the projects. From the first cut with the spade up to the installed component we will accompany you during the construction period as your partner in all matters of realization. Tests of external statics, quality control and installation of supplied materials, as well as checking of post insulation works.

Measurement
Marking of the pipeline which has to be laid into the existing terrain. After completion the measurement of the laid line will be made by our specialists, with modern surveying technology. A detailed design (CAD and also isometry) will be made. We will carry out a complete documentation based on the measurement data. On request we deliver furthermore the documented data for further use for Geo-Information-System (GIS).
