Pipe Statics We will optimize the pipeline course concerning fittings, components (Tees , elbows, valves etc.) as well as compensating elements (U-expansions, Z- jumps and compensators) from the provided design documents like i.e. estate layout, pipeline drawings, line design etc. , by using modern static calculation systems and CAD applications. We consider especially that optimal pipe laying technologies will be used, like i.e. cold laying , thermical pre-stressing or operational self-pre-stressing.
Heat- and Temperature Loss In order to realize an optimal energy efficiency, it is very important to keep the heat loss during the heat transportation as low as possible. Therefore the use of preinsulated pipe systems with lowest heat losses will be necessary. We are calculating the resulting heat- and temperature losses for complete systems and will recommend the use of the corresponding components.
Dimensioning Recon specialists are calculating the corresponding pipe section and evaluate the required pump capacity based on the pressure loss and given operating parameter, in order to supply the required quantity of heat.
Aerial lines Calculation of aerial pipeline systems, including bearings- and anchor forces, i.e. channels, protected pipe laying and pipe bridges.

Pre stressed components We will work out the conception including all essential information for a smooth realization at site, for the different pipe laying technologies of "thermical pre-stressing".
